India–Russia Vision 2030: Agreements and MoUs
On Friday, India and Russia expressed their agreement on a five-year plan aimed at giving new momentum to their economic and trade partnership. The main objective of this plan is to balance the pressure arising from punitive tariffs and sanctions imposed by the United States.
From the Indian government’s side, a 30-day free e-tourist visa and group visas will be introduced for Russian citizens. On the other hand, President Putin said that Russia will continue the uninterrupted supply of oil, gas, and coal to meet India’s energy needs.
