झारखंड में पेसा नियमावली को लेकर चर्चा क्यों है.
Vinayiasacademy.com संविधान के 73वें संशोधन के तहत पंचायत को आयोजित करने के उद्देश्य से केंद्र सरकार ने 1996 में पेसा कानून लागू किया. इसका उद्देश्य अनुसूचित क्षेत्र में आदिवासी समुदाय के परंपरागत अधिकार संसाधन और स्वशासन की रक्षा करना है. झारखंड में वर्ष 2019 और वर्ष 2023 में पेसा नियमावली का ड्राफ्ट तैयार किया गया था लेकिन अभी तक अधिसूचना जारी नहीं हुई इसलिए हाईकोर्ट में एक और अवमानना याचिका चल रही है

Why is the PESA regulation being discussed in Jharkhand?

Under the 73rd Amendment of the Constitution, the Central Government implemented the PESA Act in 1996 with the objective of organizing panchayats. Its purpose is to protect the traditional rights, resources, and self-governance of tribal communities in Scheduled Areas.In Jharkhand, drafts of the PESA regulations were prepared in 2019 and again in 2023, but the notification has still not been issued. Because of this delay, another contempt petition is currently being heard in the High Court
