8 दिसंबर को राज्य सरकार अपनी झारखंड विधानसभा के शीतकालीन सत्र में 11000 करोड़ का अनुपूरक बजट पेश करेगी। अनुपूरक बजट वह अतिरिक्त बजट होता है जिसे सरकार वर्ष के मध्य में पेश करती है यह तब होता है जब मुख्य बजट में दी गई राशि पर्याप्त नहीं होती या किसी आकस्मिक खर्च या फिर नई योजना परियोजना विस्तार या अनुमानित व्यय से अधिक लागत के चलते अतिरिक्त धनराशि की जरूरत होती है।
अनुपूरक बजट की धनराशि का मुख्य स्रोत कर एवं गैर कर राजस्व के रूप में प्राप्त होने वाली राशि है केंद्र सरकार से मिले अतिरिक्त अनुदान विभागों की बचत राशि योजनाओं के पुनर्गठन से प्राप्त संसाधन और नई वित्तीय व्यवस्थाएं या रन के रूप में प्राप्त राशि का इस्तेमाल भी अनुपूरक बजट के लिए राशि कणाकिंत करने में होता है।
इस अनुपूरक बजट में सबसे बड़ा आवंटन भैया सम्मान योजना को दिए जाने की संभावना है पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष में भी इस योजना को सर्वाधिक राशि मिली थी और इस बार भी इसकी राशि में बढ़ोतरी माने जा रही है राज्य सरकार का यह मानना है कि महिला सशक्तिकरण, पोषण सुधार और पारिवारिक सहायता को मजबूत करने के लिए यह योजना अत्यंत आवश्यक है।

On December 8, the state government will present a supplementary budget of ₹11,000 crore during the winter session of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly. A supplementary budget is an additional budget presented by the government in the middle of the financial year. This happens when the amount allocated in the main budget is not sufficient, or when there is an unexpected expenditure, expansion of a new scheme or project, or an increase in estimated costs, making additional funds necessary.
The main sources of funds for the supplementary budget include revenue collected through tax and non-tax means, additional grants received from the central government, the savings accumulated by various departments, resources generated through restructuring of schemes, and newly arranged financial resources or funds obtained in the form of loans. All these are used to calculate and provide the amount for the supplementary budget.
In this supplementary budget, the highest allocation is likely to be given to the Bhaiya Samman Yojana. In the previous financial year too, this scheme received the largest share of funds, and this time its allocation is expected to increase further. The state government believes that this scheme is essential for strengthening women’s empowerment, improving nutrition, and supporting families.
