Vks Vinayiasacademy.com सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 13 जनवरी को सुनवाई के दौरान कुत्तों के मामले में सख्त टिप्पणी किया है. अदालत ने कहा कि यदि आवारा कुत्तों के काटने की हर घटना और इससे होने वाली हर मौत रोकने के लिए राज्य प्रशासन में पर्याप्त इंतजाम नहीं किया तो उन पर मुआवजा या जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा. कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया कि केवल सरकार नहीं बल्कि उन लोगों, डॉग फीडर्स को भी जिम्मेदार ठहराया जा सकता है जो आवारा कुत्तों को सार्वजनिक स्थान पर खाना खिलाते हैं. कोर्ट ने कहा यदि आप उन्हें खाना खिला रहे हैं तो अपने घर पर रखिए .उन्हें खुले में घूम कर लोगों को काटने और हमले की इजाजत मत दीजिए .कुत्ते के काटने का असर जीवन भर रहता है .सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि एनिमल बर्थ कंट्रोल नियम के सही अनुपालन में सफलता के कारण आज यह समस्या बढ़ चुकी है. कोर्ट ने कहा की भावना केवल कुत्तों के लिए ही दिख रही है .

The Court clarified that not only the government, but also those people—dog feeders—who feed stray dogs in public places can be held responsible. The Court said that if you are feeding them, then keep them at your own home. Do not allow them to roam freely and bite or attack people. The impact of a dog bite lasts for a lifetime.
The Supreme Court also said that due to the failure in proper implementation of the Animal Birth Control Rules, this problem has increased. The Court remarked that compassion is being shown only towards dogs.
