झारखंड सरकार के वाणिज्य कर विभाग के द्वारा नवंबर 2025 में जारी किए गए राजस्व आंकड़ों में जीएसटी कलेक्शन में काफी गिरावट आई है विभाग की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार नवंबर 2024 की तुलना में इस बार कल जीएसटी संग्रह में करीब 30.41% की कमी है सबसे बड़ी गिरावट आईजीएसटी सेटलमेंट में देखने को मिली है जिसमें पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में लगभग 75.58% की कमी आई है। नवंबर 2024 में जहां आईजीएसटी सेटलमेंट 437.56 करोड रुपए था वही इस साल नवंबर में यह घटकर 106.87 करोड रुपए रह गया। राजस्व में गिरावट का प्रमुख कारण है राज्य सरकार का घरेलू जीएसटी यानी सीएसटी और सीएसटी कलेक्शन इस अवधि में2.23% रहा। नवंबर 2024 में सीएसटी एवं सीएसटी के रूप में 701.59 करोड़ रुपए का संग्रह हुआ था जबकि नवंबर 2025 में यह घटकर 685.92 करोड रुपए रह गया। मैन्युफैक्चरिंग उद्योगों और खनन क्षेत्र के मांग में कमी के कारण सरकार के कोर्स पर इतना गहरा असर पड़ा है।
Jharkhand’s revenue is declining; GST collection drops by 30.41%
In the revenue figures released by the Jharkhand government’s Commercial Tax Department in November 2025, there has been a significant decline in GST collection. According to the department’s report, compared to November 2024, this time the total GST collection has decreased by about 30.41%.
The biggest decline has been seen in IGST settlement, which has fallen by approximately 75.58% compared to last year. In November 2024, the IGST settlement stood at ₹437.56 crore, whereas this year in November it dropped to ₹106.87 crore.
A major reason for the fall in revenue is the decline in the state government’s domestic GST collection—SGST and CGST—which grew by only 2.23% during this period. In November 2024, SGST and CGST collections together amounted to ₹701.59 crore, while in November 2025 it fell to ₹685.92 crore.
Due to reduced demand in the manufacturing industries and the mining sector, the state government’s revenue has been heavily impacted.
