भारतीय वायुसेना की रीढ़ माने जाने वाले सी-130जे सुपर हरक्यूलिस विमानो के लिए अब भारत ही दुनिया का नया सर्विस हब बनने की तैयारी कर रहा है, टाटा एडवांस सिस्टम और अमेरिकी रक्षा दिग्गज लॉकहिड मार्टिन ने भारत का सबसे आधुनिक डिफेंस एमआरओ ( मेंटेनेंस, रिपेयर , ओवरहाल) केंद्र स्थापित करने की नीव रखी है। यह सेंटर न सिर्फ भारतीय वायुसेना की जरूरतों को पूरा करेगा बल्कि एशिया प्रशांत क्षेत्र के अन्य देशों के विमानो को भी सर्विस देगा ।
आत्मनिर्भर भारत को मिलेगी बड़ी ताकत 2027 से सी -130जे हब विमान की सारी मरम्मत, ओवरऑल और अपग्रेड भारत के बेंगलुरु में ही सर्विस हब बनेगा ,अब मरम्मत के लिए विमानो को नहीं जाना पड़ेगा अमेरिका समय और पैसे की होगी बचत
Asia’s Largest C-130J Hub
India is preparing to become the world’s new service hub for the C-130J Super Hercules aircraft, considered the backbone of the Indian Air Force. Tata Advanced Systems and American defense giant Lockheed Martin have laid the foundation for India’s most advanced defense MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) center. This center will not only meet the needs of the Indian Air Force but will also service aircraft of other countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
A major boost to Atmanirbhar Bharat
Starting in 2027, all maintenance, overhaul, and upgrades of the C-130J aircraft will be done at the service hub in Bengaluru. Aircraft will no longer need to be sent to the United States for repairs, resulting in significant savings of both time and money.
